This is to inform that a Free Dental Check-up Camp is being organized by Sapna Memorial Dental Clinic on 11th May 2026 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM for the students of Classes VIII to X.

The camp will include:

1. Dental examination
2. Oral hygiene awareness
3. Basic dental consultation

School staff will call students in groups for the check-up. Regular classes will continue as usual during the camp hours.

Subject: Last Date for Improvement Exam Form Submission (CBSE)

This is to inform all students of 2nd Batch and parents that tomorrow 20-04-2026 is the last date for filling out the form for the CBSE Improvement Examination.

Students who are willing to appear for the improvement exam are requested to meet Purushottam Sir by 12:00 PM tomorrow positively. After this deadline, the final list and forms will be submitted to CBSE, and no further requests will be entertained.

Important Instructions:

1. Students can select any three subjects for the improvement exam, including the language subject.

2. A student who appeared for Mathematics-Standard (041) in the main board exam is allowed to switch to Mathematics-Basic (241) for the improvement or second board examination.

3. The higher marks obtained between the first board exam and the improvement exam will be considered as final. So there is no risk of appearing in exam.

All concerned students must complete the process within the given time.

यह सभी द्वितीय बैच के छात्रों और अभिभावकों को सूचित किया जाता है कि कल दिनांक 20-04-2026 सुधार परीक्षा (CBSE) के फॉर्म भरने की अंतिम तिथि है।

जो छात्र सुधार परीक्षा में शामिल होना चाहते हैं, वे कृपया कल दोपहर 12:00 बजे तक अनिवार्य रूप से पुरुषोत्तम सर से संपर्क करें। इसके बाद अंतिम सूची और फॉर्म CBSE को भेज दिए जाएंगे और किसी भी प्रकार का अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश:

1. छात्र सुधार परीक्षा के लिए किसी भी तीन विषयों का चयन कर सकते हैं, जिसमें भाषा विषय भी शामिल है।

2. जिन छात्रों ने मुख्य बोर्ड परीक्षा में गणित-स्टैंडर्ड (041) लिया था, वे सुधार या द्वितीय बोर्ड परीक्षा के लिए गणित-बेसिक (241) में बदलाव कर सकते हैं।

3. प्रथम बोर्ड परीक्षा और सुधार परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों में से जो अधिक होंगे, उन्हें अंतिम माना जाएगा। इसलिए परीक्षा में शामिल होने में कोई जोखिम नहीं है।

सभी संबंधित छात्रों को निर्धारित समय के भीतर प्रक्रिया पूरी करनी होगी।
