G Developments is hiring for the position of #Outsourcing_Manager.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing outsourcing strategies for Facility Management services.
- Handling the full outsourcing cycle, including tendering, negotiation, contract award, renewal, and close-out.
- Leading procurement activities, including RFPs, BOQs, SLAs, and commercial evaluations.
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, KPIs, and service agreements with suppliers and contractors.
- Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service standards.
- Identifying cost optimization opportunities and supporting budgeting initiatives.
- Coordinating with Operations, Finance, Legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in outsourcing, procurement, contracts, or Facility Management.
- Strong knowledge of FM operations, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the real estate or Facility Management industry is highly preferred.
