Strong design, creativity, and presentation skills
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams

We are looking for an experienced Head of Electrical Design Department to lead and manage all electrical engineering activities within the organization.
The role includes overseeing electrical design, project execution, compliance with standards, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
9–12 years of experience in electrical engineering
3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role
Strong knowledge of power systems and electrical infrastructure
Experience in project management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar tools

The Head of Planning Department will be responsible for leading all planning activities across projects, ensuring effective scheduling, resource planning, progress monitoring, and successful delivery of project objectives in terms of time, cost, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all project planning activities
• Develop and control schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams
• Monitor progress and prepare delay/recovery reports
• Analyze risks and support mitigation strategies
• Ensure proper resource and workload planning
• Prepare executive reports for senior management and the CEO
• Support claims and delay analysis when required
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 7–12 years of experience in planning and scheduling
• Strong experience in construction/engineering projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
