Now split that range in half.

The top half is premium (expensive). The bottom half is discount (cheap).

You want to buy at a discount and sell at a premium.

A lot of traders lose money trading around the middle, where buyers & sellers have no clear edge.

Step 2: Mark liquidity

Price often moves toward areas where lots of resting orders are sitting (liquidity pools)..

2 common ones are:

- Yesterday's high and yesterday’s low.
- Equal highs and equal lows

This gives you a clear sense of where price is likely to move next.

Step 3: Build the narrative

Every market is doing one of 2 things:

Continuing its trend or pulling back before continuing it.

When the lower time frame is moving in the same direction as the higher time frame, it’s a continuation move.

Otherwise, it’s a pullback.

Step 4: Pick one take-profit target

Ask yourself where price is most likely to go next. I usually focus on one of these:

- Yesterday’s high or low
- The opposing supply or demand zone
- An unfilled imbalance (fair value gap)

A good daily bias has 3 parts:

- Direction: where you think price is going
- Target: where you expect price to reach
- Invalidation: what would prove your idea wrong

Step 1: Find the range.

Open the 4-hour chart and mark the most recent swing high and swing low.

Those two points give you the range you're trading inside. Everything outside it is noise you don't need to care about.

Think of it as your game plan before the session begins.
