Some fragrance ingredients have been studied for their potential to interact with the body’s hormone system, which helps regulate things like mood, sleep, and energy. It’s not about fear — just awareness and making choices that feel supportive for you 🌿

💛 Simple swaps:
– Look for brands that are transparent about ingredients
– Be mindful of what you’re spraying directly onto your skin (especially around the neck area)

✨ If you still love wearing a scent, you might explore essential oil–based perfumes or roll-ons, which often use simpler, plant-based ingredients. Some beautiful options include Living Libations, Nusa Holistick, and Flow Cosmetics.

Natural doesn’t always mean risk-free, but choosing simpler, more transparent ingredients can help reduce overall exposure.

I am honestly so grateful to have had the opportunity to talk with Neale Donald Walsch for a second time… and I can say it was profound!

Neale's work has touched millions through his Conversations with God series and being in dialogue with him feels less like an interview and more like stepping into a space of deep reflection and truth.

There were many “aha” moments, but one that stayed with me was this:
nothing has meaning except the meaning we give it.

Such a simple idea, yet it can completely shift how you see your life and the challenges you’re facing.

What I love about Neale’s perspective is that he doesn’t tell you what to believe - he invites you to question everything & reconnect with your own inner knowing.

This conversation left me reflecting deeply on life’s meaning & what it really means to live from the soul rather than from conditioning.

I truly hope it brings you as much insight as it brought me 🤍

Maureen’s passion for sharing knowledge, supporting others and commitment to promoting positive mental health makes her a powerful addition to our PHA community. With a strong focus on helping individuals navigate challenges including trauma, grief, anxiety and depression, she brings both compassion, a valuable skillset (as a therapy consultant, trainer, motivational speaker and author) and purpose to this role.
