معلومه جميله :
الألم الي بييجي الصبح فقط والي بييجي ف نهاية اليوم فقط (Morning stiffness / End of the day pain):
زي ان المريض بيشتكي اما بيصحى من النوم الألم شديد لكن بيقل بالحركة طوال اليوم .
أو ان الوجع مخفي طوال اليوم لكن بيبدأ او بيزيد ف نهاية اليوم

الوجع دا سببه ضعف شديد ف ال lymph flow ف المكان » نتيجة مشكلة ف الانسجة استمرت لفترات طويلة .. اصابة استمرت Acute لفترة طويلة (اكتر من 10 ايام) او حالة degenerative (استمرت / اتحولت ل) acute (فترة طويلة / كذا مره)
المريض بيشتكي اما بيصحى من النوم الألم شديد لكن بيقل بالحركة طوال اليوم (لو الاصابة كانت ف المفصل وال Passive structures)
أو ان الوجع مخفي طوال اليوم لكن بيبدأ او بيزيد ف نهاية اليوم (لو الاصابة كانت ف العضلات او الاعصاب)

علاجه بيكون
ü Anti-inflammatories (injections & topical cream)
ü Manual lymph drainage & lymph nodes massage .
ü kneading massage for all surrounding tissues to reduce the congestion .
ü If (resistive to all of them for a weak) >> use wet cupping therapy .

ANSWER:
Management:
Sleeping: Sleep on the left side with a pillow between the knees and a small support pillow under the belly.
Rising: Use the Log roll technique to get out of bed without straining abdominal muscles.
Sitting: Sit with a straight back and a small support pillow behind the lumbar spine.
Safety: Position the seat belt above and below the belly, never directly across the uterus.
