When something doesn’t work out, the easiest thing is to tell yourself:

💡“I’ve already tried everything,”
💡“It’s not for me,”
💡“It was supposed to be easier.”

Most people confuse a single attempt with real effort. One failed try is seen as a final verdict. One difficult day becomes “proof” that it’s not your path.

❗️ Trying is not taking one step.
❗️ Trying is continuing when things don’t work.
❗️ It’s gaining experience, making mistakes, adapting, changing your approach — but still moving forward.

If each of us honestly looked back at the moments when we said “I’ve tried everything,” we’d realize we simply stopped when it got hard.

💭 Why does this happen?

Because it’s easier to protect your ego than to admit: I stopped, I got scared, I couldn’t handle the pressure. It’s natural. That’s how the mind works — it protects us from the pain of failure. But real change grows through that discomfort.

Results don’t come to those who tried once. They come to those who are willing to return to the process again and again, to learn, fix mistakes, and adapt.

Sometimes the best way to maintain momentum is to take a pause at the right time 🕙

This evening I had a proper reset — took an hour for a massage. Not just for pleasure, but to release tension, reconnect with my body, and bring my internal state back into balance ⚖️

👨‍💻 In a fast work rhythm, it’s easy to ignore the signals your body gives you. But if you trade ежедневно, stay focused, and constantly analyze — recovery becomes just as important as the trades themselves.

💡 I realized this a long time ago: if you don’t plan time for a pause, sooner or later your body will force it on you. And that usually won’t happen on your terms.

So it’s better to plan it in advance and not take unnecessary risks 💯

📊 False Breakout: How to Tell It from a Real One?

One of the most common mistakes beginners make is entering the market on a breakout, thinking the price is “flying.” And just a few minutes later, it turns out it was a false breakout — and the trade goes into loss.

💎 What is a false breakout?
It’s when the price briefly moves beyond a support/resistance level, only to quickly return back. This way the market “tricks” inexperienced traders and takes their stop losses.

⚠️ How to distinguish a real breakout from a false one?
1️⃣Volume — in a real breakout, volumes should rise. If the move is weak, it might be a false breakout.

2️⃣Candle close — the candle must close above/below the level, not just “poke through” with a wick.

3️⃣Retest — a reliable breakout is often followed by a return to the level (retest), after which price continues further.

4️⃣Market context — a breakout within a strong trend is more reliable than in a flat market.

🔥 Conclusion: Don’t rush to open a trade at the first touch of the level. Give price time to confirm the breakout. In trading, it’s not the number of trades that matters — but their quality.

Yesterday I was on the edge…

The market has been very difficult and unpredictable lately. But I take full responsibility for yesterday’s loss during the trading session.

I’ll be honest — I haven’t had proper rest in a long time. The last real break I had was back in September last year. Now I feel mentally overloaded.

📌 That’s why I decided to take a pause. I’m stepping away from trading for a week to recover and spend time with my family.

It’s important to understand:
this isn’t a regular job with weekends. Here, you’re fully responsible for your condition and your results. And at some point, I simply burned out.

This is also part of the experience. Rest is just as much a part of the system as trading.

🔥 The “quick money” trap

Many come into trading thinking:
“I’ll quickly grow my deposit — and solve all my problems.”
👉 But that exact mindset leads to the first big losses. Why?
🔴A beginner starts opening trades without a strategy, just “to make money faster.”
🔴They increase their lot size after every loss, trying “to recover.”

And eventually, they blow up the whole deposit in one or two days.
