នៅថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញជួបពិភាក្សាការងារទ្វេភាគីជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត Khaled El-Enany អគ្គនាយកអង្គការយូណេស្កូ នៅប្រទេសបារាំង។
ក្នុងជំនួបនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរ បានពិភាក្សាអំពីការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងកម្ពុជា និងអង្គការយូណេស្កូ ព្រមទាំងការការពារ និងអភិរក្សបេតិកភណ្ឌជាតិ និងសម្បត្តិបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក។ ភាគីទាំងពីរ ក៏បានផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈអំពីការវិវត្តន៍ថ្មីៗពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងស្ថានការណ៍នៅព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ព្រមទាំងបញ្ហាតំបន់ និងអន្តរជាតិ ដែលជាកង្វល់រួមរបស់ភាគីទាំងពីរផងដែរ។
On 9 April 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, held a bilateral meeting with His Excellency Dr. Khaled El-Enany, Director-General of UNESCO, in France.
During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to further strengthen cooperation between Cambodia and UNESCO, particularly in the protection and preservation of national cultural heritage and World Heritage Sites. They also exchanged views on recent developments regarding the Cambodia-Thailand border situation and regional and international issues of mutual concern.

នៅថ្ងៃទី២ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានរៀបចំអាហារថ្ងៃត្រង់ជូនជាកិត្តិយសដល់ ឯកឧត្តម បេនឌីតូ ដូស សាន់តូស ហ្វ្រេសតាស រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការទីម័រឡេស្តេ ក្នុងឱកាសឯកឧត្តមអញ្ជើញមកចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំត្រួតពិនិត្យពាក់កណ្តាលអាណត្តិនៃកម្មវិធីសកម្មភាពដូហា សម្រាប់ប្រទេសមានការអភិវឌ្ឍតិចតួចនៃតំបន់អាស៊ី-ប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិក នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។

On 2 April 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, hosted a luncheon in honor of His Excellency Bendito dos Santos Freitas, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Timor-Leste, on the occasion of his participation in the Asia-Pacific Regional Mid-term Review of the Doha Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries (LDCs), held in Phnom Penh.
Both sides highly valued the steady growth in the bilateral relations between Cambodia and Timor-Leste and shared views on further strengthening bilateral ties between the two countries. His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister also provided an update on the current situation of the Cambodia–Thailand border issue.
