រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ ក្រុមការងារស្រាវជ្រាវនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌល អគ្គបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ អូន ព័ន្ធមុនីរ័ត្ន សម្រាប់ការសិក្សាគោលនយោបាយ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាល (មជ្ឈមណ្ឌល APM) នៃធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងកសិកម្ម (ARDB)បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំខែ នារសៀលថ្ងៃពុធ ទី៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យលើវឌ្ឍនភាព និងទិសដៅការងារបន្ត។ ក្នុងនោះ, អង្គប្រជុំបានពិភាក្សាអំពី (១). វឌ្ឍនភាពការងារលើមូលបទស្រាវជ្រាវឆ្នាំ២០២៦, (២). វឌ្ឍនភាពការងារលើការរៀបចំព្រឹត្តបត្រព័ត៌មានប្រចាំខែរបស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌល, (៣). ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសម្រាប់ក្រុមការងារស្រាវជ្រាវ, និង (៤). ការងារផ្សេងៗ។ ទន្ទឹមនេះ, ប្រធានក្រុមការងារស្រាវជ្រាវបានលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យក្រុមការងារស្រាវជ្រាវ បន្តកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរៀនសូត្រពីចំណេះដឹងថ្មីៗបន្ថែមទៀតក្នុងការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ។

Phnom Penh: The Research Working Group of the AKKAK Pundit Sapheachar Aun Pornmoniroth Center for Policy Studies and Training (APM Center) of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) held its monthly meeting on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 6, 2026, to review work progress and discuss future work directions. The meeting focused on updates regarding (1). Progress on research topics of 2026, (2). Ongoing preparations for the Center’s monthly Bulletin, (3). Training program for research working group, and (4). Other tasks. On this occasion, the Chair of the Research Working Group encouraged all researchers to continue strengthening their efforts to acquire advanced knowledge and further enhance their research capabilities.

ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច បានទទួលជួបក្រុមការងារបេសកកម្មនៃធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាស៊ី (ADB) ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីហិរញ្ញប្បទានអាកាសធាតុនៅកម្ពុជា (Cambodia Climate Finance Facility “CCFF”)

រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងកសិកម្ម (ARDB) និងសហការី បានទទួលជួបក្រុមការងារបេសកកម្មនៃធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាស៊ី (Asian Development Bank “ADB”) ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាលើការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីហិរញ្ញប្បទានអាកាសធាតុនៅកម្ពុជា (CCFF) និងវិសាលភាពក្នុងការពង្រីកវិស័យផ្សេងៗបន្ថែមទៀត ជាពិសេសវិស័យអាទិភាពស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយថា្នក់ជាតិ សំដៅជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាពនៅកម្ពុជា។
ជាលទ្ធផល, អង្គប្រជុំបានកំណត់ទិសដៅអនុវត្តរួមមាន៖ (១) ការរៀបចំយន្តការសហហិរញ្ញប្បទាន (Co-Finance) ទាំងដំណាក់កាលអនុវត្តកម្មវិធី និងដំណាក់កាលពង្រីកវិស័យ និង (២) ការរៀបចំយន្តការជំនួយបច្ចេកទេស (Technical Support) គាំទ្រដល់ការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធី។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនារសៀលថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ១៤កើត ខែពិសាខ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅការិយាល័យកណ្តាលនៃធនាគារ ARDB។
H. E. Dr. KAO Thach and Colleagues allowed the Asian Development Bank (ADB) consultation mission team to meet and discuss the implementation of Cambodia Climate Finance Facility (CCFF) programme.

Phnom Penh: H. E. Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), together with his colleagues, allowed the Asian Development Bank (ADB) consultation mission team to meet and discuss the implementation of CCFF and the expansion into additional sectors aligned with national priority areas to accelerate the sustainable development in Cambodia.
As a result, the meeting outlined the following implementation directions: (1) the development of a co-financing mechanism for both the CCFF programme implementation phase and the scaling-up phase; and (2) the establishment of a technical assistance mechanism to support effective program implementation.
The meeting was held in the afternoon of April 30, 2026, at ARDB Headquarters.
