❗️ Dear students!
We remind you that all foreign students are required to undergo a mandatory annual medical examination and fingerprinting and photographing procedures*, and to extend visa and migration registration.
❗️ We ask you to do this strictly within the specified deadlines. Possible consequences include: disciplinary liability, a fine of up to 40,000 RUB, inclusion in the Register of Controlled Persons (RCP), a ban on entry to the Russian Federation, and deportation.
Since neither the clinic nor the university notify the Ministry of Internal Affairs about your new medical certificates upon undergoing a repeat medical examination, you must personally apply for the service of entering information about these certificates into the MVD database at one of the Migration Centers:
▫️Migration Center, 18 Bakhrushina Street, Building 1, Moscow (Metro “Paveletskaya”): Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00, paid service – 1,550 RUB.
▫️Migration Center, Moscow, Voronovo, Varshavskoe Highway, 64th km, 1, bld. 47: open every day, 8:00–20:00, paid service – 1,550 RUB.
We recommend visiting Migration Center within 3 working days after receiving the certificates.
❗️ If you completed your medical examination in Sakharovo, you do not need to enter the data into the MVD database.
‼️ If you received the certificates earlier, please arrange for the data entry as soon as possible. Even if you have the certificates in hand, the law considers the procedure incomplete until the data is entered into the MVD database.
If you live in Odintsovo (Dormitories Dubki, №6 and №8), please check the information with the passport officer before submitting the data, as the procedure may differ from the one described above.
Required documents:
· original medical certificates;
· fingerprinting certificate;
· passport;
· passport translation into Russian with notarial certification;
· migration card;
· notification of arrival (registration);
· certificate of study;
· student ID.
To avoid any risks, please complete all procedures in a timely manner. After visiting the migration center, you should send a copy of the confirmation document (proving that your certificate information has been entered in the MVD database) to
[email protected].
Thank you for your understanding ! 🎓
