We invite you this November to a six-hour workshop held in the https://t.me/atmos_portugal Steam Space, guided by Elton Lee Abela and Boris Ryabov.
Each day offers a deep, structured journey through Primordial Breathwork™, Amazonian cacao and a Steam ritual shaped by heat, scent and rhythm.
It is a space for us to come together and release stress, anxiety and tension that has become stored in our bodies. Traumas and repressed emotions, if not released and purified, are carried within our bodies, and can lead to sickness and disease.
This is a healing practice that uses the breath as a vehicle of healing and transformation. With the right guidance, we can face our difficulties and learn to transform challenging energies into nourishment that supports our healing and overall health.
Elton’s approach is informed by his training at Paititi Institute, Qigong and Buddhist studies.
Boris brings twenty years of Steam practice and knowledge of both Andean-Amazonian and Eurasian traditions.
A refined, embodied workshop for guests who appreciate mindful rituals and communal presence.
