Dengan syarat dan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
1. Material freebies diperbolehkan untuk digunakan pada channel IPV dengan ketentuan wajib mencantumkan credit pada channel utama (pinned message).
2. Wajib melakukan perizinan khusus melalui bot atau room chat owner freebies yang bersangkutan.
3. Wajib mendapatkan izin langsung dari owner freebies. Harap menunggu jawaban resmi terkait diperbolehkan atau tidaknya material digunakan untuk channel IPV.
4. Wajib melakukan modifikasi minimal 80%. Tidak diperkenankan menggunakan material/freebies secara mentah atau dengan modifikasi kurang dari 80% (terutama pada watermark dan QR deco).
5. Freebies/material dari channel yang tercantum boleh digunakan untuk channel IPV dengan ketentuan harga minimal sebagai berikut:
- Deco minimal Rp25.000 (ketentuan ini berlaku per channel, bukan per ipv).
- Design minimal Rp45.000.
Apabila terjadi pelanggaran harga (underprice) oleh penjual IPV atau tidak melakukan perizinan sesuai dengan ketentuan di atas, maka setiap owner freebies berhak memberikan sanksi berupa denda sesuai dengan perjanjian yang telah disepakati.
