When you *stop stressing about getting it all figured out or finally doing/having/making enough* and fully embrace your human finitude then you are free to deeply engage in and enjoy lots of particular experiences, each of which resides in a particular moment in time.

Some of those moments are fleeting-like that green flash on the horizon at sunset.

And some last for a bit longer-like that entire afternoon spent surfing when conditions were perfect and for no explicable reason you were the only one out that day.

But long or short, the experience of the particular is momentary.

Moments are all we've got, and thankfully they are more than enough, far more, if we design them well.
