🌍 CALL FOR RESEARCH ABSTRACTS 🧠✨

As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, Alenelachehu invites researchers, academics, and practitioners to submit research abstracts that explore mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) in humanitarian and displacement settings, with particular focus on women and children affected by conflict, displacement, and prolonged crises.

🔍We welcome abstracts that address:

* Mental health risks and protective factors in humanitarian and emergency settings
* Barriers to accessing MHPSS services
* Community-based and culturally responsive mental health approaches
* Resilience, lived experience, and social support in recovery
* Practical, evidence-informed pathways for integrating MHPSS into humanitarian action

Selected abstracts will contribute to a forum connecting stakeholders.

⚽️✨ More Than a Game. It Was a Vibe! 🧠💚

We are proud to share that Alenelachehu collaborated with Yoyo Sports to host a 6-week football program that went beyond the game.

Yes, there were matches.
Yes, there were goals.
But there was also mindfulness 🧘‍♂️, team bonding 🤜🤛, and a lot of real conversations.

This was not just a football match.

The teams who joined us brought passion, respect, and serious teamwork. We saw players lifting each other up, staying calm under pressure, and learning how to win and lose together. And honestly we had so much fun doing it 😄⚽️

Football is a lot like mental health.
Some days you’re winning 🏆.
Some days you miss a shot ❌.
What matters is how you reset, support your team, and keep going.

Big love to everyone who participated and made this experience unforgettable. This is what sport should feel like fun, meaningful, and human 💚

Here’s to healthy minds, strong teams, and positive communities. 💚⚽️
