📦 Shipping Update #3: November Batch

Hi everyone!! BIG NEWS — the Nov batch goods have officially arrived at our warehouse!! 🎉🔥

We spent the whole morning unboxing 750kg of gear and we’re now deep into packing everyone’s orders. 😤📦

For those flying off tomorrow / this weekend, we’ll be personally delivering your packages tonight or tomorrow. 🚗💨

For all other orders, we’re aiming to finish packing tonight and will arrange next-day delivery, so you can expect your items by Sat / Mon!

📦 Shipping Update #4: November Batch

Hi everyone! Quick update — we’ve finished packing everything at 6am today, and handed all cartons over to the courier this morning, just in time for next-day delivery! 🚚✨ We pulled an all-nighter packing sprint to get every order out, and we’re really glad everything made it in time.

For our Singapore customers, your orders are scheduled to arrive tomorrow or latest Monday (couriers don’t operate on Sundays).
For our international friends, your packages have also been dispatched and are now moving through the overseas courier network — they’re officially on the way to you too! 🌍✈️

Huge shoutout to our close friends Timothy, Ramsay, Maddie and Samantha, who showed up at 11pm and packed with us till 3am before heading to work this morning. Absolute legends 💛

📦 Shipping Update #2: November 2025 Batch

Hi everyone! Quick update on the November batch:

Because of Typhoon Phoenix, vessels were delayed across the East Sea. This has affected not only us, but also many other e-commerce brands — we’ve been speaking with several founders whose 11.11 and Black Friday shipments were similarly delayed.

The latest update from our freight partner is that our shipment is now expected to arrive in Singapore on 24 November, with customs clearance and handover to our warehouse estimated between 26–27 November.

Once the cartons reach our warehouse, we are fully ready to begin fulfilment immediately. Behind the scenes:
✅ All handwritten cards are done
✅ Know your gear & care instructions guides done
✅ Shipping labels are prepared
✅ Packing stations are set up
✅ Our team is on standby with extra manpower

All that’s left is for the stock to physically arrive — and the moment it does, we’ll repack, seal, and send everything out right away. We'll work overnight to get it done the same day!

To keep our promise, we’ll arrange next-day delivery for all local orders so everything reaches you by end-Nov (barring any customs surprises). Overseas orders will also be shipped out right away.

For those who emailed us needing your gear early next week or on 26–28 Nov, we’ll personally hand-deliver your items to make sure you get them in time.

Thank you for being so patient with us — we can't wait for you to receive your products! 🫶
