From day one after their 2012 wedding, Ayesha threatened to release "fabricated and defamatory" content if he didn't comply with her financial demands. Under constant threats, Shikhar was forced to sign away properties, register assets in joint names, and eventually pay â‚ą5.72 crore to an Australian court order.
But in Feb 2026, Delhi Family Court ruled: ALL DOCUMENTS = obtained under "threats, extortion, trickery, and FRAUD."
Result? The entire settlement is NULL AND VOID. Ayesha now has to return â‚ą5.72 crore + 9% annual interest.
