စိတ် Program Part 5: Rise on Wings of Resilience

၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်ကတည်းက စတင်ခဲ့တဲ့ ❝စိတ် Program❞ ဟာ အခု ၂၀၂၆ မှာဆိုရင်တော့ Part 5 ကို ရောက်ရှိလာပြီပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီတစ်ခေါက်ရဲ့ ခေါင်းစဉ်ကိုတော့ “Rise on Wings of Resilience” လို့ အမည်ပေးထားပါတယ်။

စိတ်ဆိုတာ ကိုယ်ပိုင်ဆိုင်တဲ့အရာတစ်ခုဖြစ်သလို ထိန်းချုပ်ရအခက်ဆုံးအရာလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အထူးသဖြင့် အနိမ့်အမြင့်အတက်အကျမြန်တဲ့ ဘဝရဲ့ လောကဓံတွေကို ကြံ့ကြံ့ခံရင်ဆိုင်နိုင်ဖို့ဆိုတာ အပြောလွယ်သလောက် လက်တွေ့လုပ်ဖို့ အလွန်ခက်ခဲပါတယ်။

မမိုးသစ်လင်း ဟာ စာရေးဆရာမ တစ်ဦးဖြစ်သလို စိတ်ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာ ပညာရပ်များကို Counseling Corner Myanmar နှင့် AtBC Int'l College များမှာ သင်ယူလေ့လာလျက်ရှိပါတယ်။ . Goethe Institue Myanmar ရဲ့ Academy of Care (AOC) မှာ အနုပညာကုထုံးဆိုင်ရာ လှုပ်ရှားမှုများ သင်တန်း နှင့် Doh Eain's program Young City Shapers alumini လဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

🔹 စိတ်ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ မှာ တက်ကြွစွာ ပါဝင် ဆောင်ရွက်နေသူလဲြဖစ်ပြီး ယခု အစီအစဉ်ဟာလဲ 2026 ရဲ့ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု တစ်ခုလဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

🔹 သူမကိုယ်တိုင်လဲ စိတ်ကျန်းမာရေး အခက်ခဲတွေကနေ ကြိုးစားရုန်းကန် ပြန်လည်ရှင်သန်လာသူဖြစ်လို့. .လူငယ်တွေကို သူမ ခံစားခဲ့သလို မခံစားရအောင် ကူညီဖေးမနေသူဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သူမဟာ. မိမိကိုယ်ကို အဆုံးစီရင်ခြင်း ကာကွယ်ရေး အသိပညာပေး လှုံ့ဆော်မှုများအဖြစ်. ကိုယ်ပိုင် Youtube Channel ဖြစ်တဲ့ မရူးခဲ့တဲ့အရူးများ channel မှာလဲ အတွေ့ကြုံတွေမျှဝေထားပါတယ်။
တခြား အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့်လဲ ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်နေပြီး. တခြားစိတ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ခံစားနေသူတွေကိုလဲ Counseling ဖြင့် ဆွေးနွေးတိုင်ပင်ပေးလျက် ရှိပါတယ်။

လူသားအများစုဟာ ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးကို ကိုယ့်စိတ်ကြိုက် စီမံခန့်ခွဲလို့ရတဲ့ ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှုတစ်ခုလို့ ထင်မှတ်နေတတ်ကြပါတယ်။

တကယ်တော့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးရဲ့ အရှင်သခင်တွေ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ကမ္ဘာမြေဆိုတဲ့ ဒီကြီးမားလှတဲ့ သက်ရှိအဖွဲ့အစည်းကြီးထဲက အစိတ်အပိုင်းအသေးလေးတစ်ခုသာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၁၉ ရာစုအတွင်းက အမေရိကန်ဒေသခံ (Native American) လူမျိုးစု ခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ဦးဖြစ်ခဲ့တဲ့ Chief Seattle က

"The Earth does not belong to us; we belong to the Earth." လို့ ဆိုခဲ့ဖူးပါတယ်။

သဘာဝတရားဆိုတာဟာ လူသားတွေနဲ့ အပြန်အလှန် ချိတ်ဆက်နေတဲ့ အမျှင်တန်းလေးတွေနဲ့ တည်ဆောက်ထားတဲ့ ကွန်ရက်တစ်ခုနဲ့ တူပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ဒီကွန်ရက်ထဲက အမျှင်တစ်ခုခုကို ထိခိုက်အောင်လုပ်တာဟာ မိမိကိုယ်ကို ပြန်လည်ထိခိုက်အောင်လုပ်တာနဲ့ အတူပါပဲ။ သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကို ဖျက်ဆီးတာဟာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ အနာဂတ်ကို ဖျက်ဆီးနေတာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒါ့အပြင် ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးဟာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို အစာရေစာနဲ့ အမိုးအကာတွေ ပေးကမ်းကျွေးမွေးနေတဲ့ "မိခင်" တစ်ဦးနဲ့လည်း တူပါတယ်။

ဒါကြောင့် ဒီကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးနဲ့ သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ဟာ "အသုံးချစရာ အရာဝတ္ထု" မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ "ကျေးဇူးရှင် မိခင်" ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မိခင်ကို ချစ်ခင်ရိုသေသလို ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးကိုလည်း ဂရုစိုက်၊ ကာကွယ်၊ စောင့်ရှောက်သင့်ပါတယ်။

သဘာဝတရားကို ချစ်မြတ်နိုးတာဟာ မိမိကိုယ်မိမိ ချစ်မြတ်နိုးတာနဲ့ အတူတူပါပဲ။ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီး ကျန်းမာမှသာ လူသားတွေလည်း ကျန်းမာပျော်ရွှင်နိုင်မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ကျွန်တော်အားလုံးဟာ ကမ္ဘာမြေရဲ့ သားသမီးတွေ ဖြစ်ကြတဲ့အတွက် မိခင်ကမ္ဘာကြီးကို ရိုသေလေးစားစွာနဲ့ အားလုံးအတူတူ လက်တွဲကာကွယ်ကြဖို့ တိုက်တွန်း၊ နှိုးဆော်လိုက်ရပါတယ် ခင်ဗျာ။

Most human beings tend to think of the Earth as a possession that we can manage and control however we like.

In fact, we are not the masters of the Earth. We are only a small part of this vast living entity called the Earth.

In the 19th century, a Native American tribal leader, Chief Seattle once said:

“The Earth does not belong to us; we belong to the Earth.”

Chief Seattle was someone who revered nature like God and also made the world aware of the idea that humans and the Earth are inseparably connected.

Nature is like a network built with threads that are interconnected with humans. Therefore, harming any one thread in this network is the same as harming oneself. Destroying the natural environment is destroying our future.

Moreover, the Earth is like a “mother” who provides us with food and shelter.

Therefore, the Earth and the natural environment are not “objects to be used.” They are a “gracious mother.” Just as we love and respect our mother, we should also care for, protect, and safeguard the Earth.

Loving nature is the same as loving oneself. Only when the Earth is healthy can humanity livs in health and happiness.

Since we are all children of the Earth, we urge and encourage everyone to respectfully join hands and protect our Mother Earth together.
