➡️የዩኒቨርሲቲ ተማሪዎችን የምግብ አገልግሎት የሚረከብ ብሔራዊ ተቋም ሊቋቋም ነው።

↘️ይህ አዲስ ፖሊሲ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ከዕለት ተዕለት የተማሪዎች የምግብ አቅርቦት ኃላፊነት ተላቀው ትኩረታቸውን በትምህርት ጥራትና በስትራቴጂካዊ ጉዳዮች ላይ እንዲያደርጉ የታለመ ነው።

የትምህርት ሚኒስትር ዴኤታው ኮራ ጡሹኔ ለሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት እንደገለጹት "በአሁኑ ወቅት የዩኒቨርሲቲ አመራሮች በስትራቴጂካዊ ጉዳዮች ላይ ከማተኮር ይልቅ ጊዜያቸውን በተማሪዎች የምግብ አገልግሎት አስተዳደር ላይ እያባከኑ ይገኛሉ" ብለዋል።

ሚኒስቴሩ በሁሉም የመንግሥት ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ወጥ የሆነ የምግብ ዝርዝር (standardised menu) ተግባራዊ ያደረገ ሲሆን አዲሱ ተቋም ደግሞ የአገልግሎት ጥራትንና ቅልጥፍናን ለማሻሻል ይረዳል።

ሚኒስቴሩ እ.ኤ.አ. በ2024 ለአንድ ተማሪ የሚመደበውን የቀን የምግብ በጀት ከ22 ብር ወደ 100 ብር ማሳደጉን ተከትሎ በአሁኑ ወቅት አንድ ተማሪ በአራት ዓመት የዩኒቨርሲቲ ቆይታው ለምግብ ብቻ 140,000 ብር ገደማ የወጪ መጋራት እንዲከፍል ይጠበቃል።

ከመጋቢት 24 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ኢትዮጵያ የቪዛ ዋስትና (Visa Bond) የሙከራ መርሃ ግብር ውስጥ ትካተታለች። ወደ አሜሪካ ለመጓዝ ለንግድ ወይም ለቱሪስት (B1/B2) ቪዛ ብቁ ሆነው የተገኙ አመልካቾች ቪዛው ከመሰጠቱ በፊት እስከ 15,000 የአሜሪካ ዶላር የሚደርስ ዋስትና እንዲያስይዙ ይጠየቃሉ። ተጓዦች የቪዛውን ደንቦች በሙሉ አክብረው ከተገኙና የተፈቀደላቸው የቆይታ ጊዜ ሳያበቃ ከአሜሪካ ከተመለሱ ያስያዙት የዋስትና ገንዘብ ይመለስላቸዋል።

ይህ መስፈርት ከመጋቢት 24 ቀን በፊት የተሰጠ ሕጋዊ የንግድ ወይም የቱሪስት (B1/B2) ቪዛ ያላቸውን ሰዎች አይመለከትም። ዋስትናዎን አስቀድመው አይክፈሉ። አስቀድሞ መክፈል ቪዛ ለማግኘት ማረጋገጫ አይደለም፤ እንዲሁም ሶስተኛ ወገን ድረ-ገጾች አጭበርባሪዎች ሊሆኑ ይችላሉ። ከቃለ-መጠይቅ በፊት የሚፈጸም ማንኛውም ክፍያ ተመላሽ አይደረግም።

ማስታወሻ! በኤፍ ወይም ኤም (F or M) ቪዛ ወደ አሜሪካ የሚጓዙ ተማሪዎች ይህ የቪዛ ዋስትና መስፈርት አይመለከታቸውም። የዋስትና ክፍያው የሚጠየቀው ብቁ ለሆኑ የንግድ ወይም የቱሪስት (B1/B2) ቪዛ አመልካቾች ብቻ ነው።
