⚠️ IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Brand Transition to ATHEUS NETWORK

Dear valued community,

Due to an ongoing trademark dispute, we have made the decision to rebrand our operations under the new name ATHEUS NETWORK, effective September 22, 2025.

This change comes as a result of a conflict regarding the Athene brand with another organization, which has led to the suspension of our former domain ( http://athene.network/) and caused temporary service disruptions.

Our solution: To ensure continuity and stability, we are rebranding to ATHEUS NETWORK. Over the course of the next week, all systems and services will be updated to reflect this new brand. We want to reassure you that:

• All user assets, data, and information remain completely safe and unaffected.
• The disruption is temporary, and full functionality will be restored within one week.
• Our services and operations continue as usual under the new brand.
