For all 10 days while the crime was being committed and correspondence was being conducted with the official mail of the http://KuCoin.com/ exchange, they report that they have nothing to do with it. At the same time, the [email protected] mail exists, and they have repeatedly received letters from our project:
- first, with a notification that the contract is not attached
- then, that we are sending the signed contract
- then, that we have transferred the contract amount
- then, that we have transferred 4000 USDT for the deposit
- then, that we have transferred 2000 USDT for a Legal opinion
As a result, there is evidence of the irresponsible inaction from http://KuCoin.com/, who received emails from us for 10 days that they considered to be of questionable content, but did not respond in any way if they knew that a crime was being committed against their client.

We extracted information from the headers of the letters and found the routes and sender IDs there ( http://employees.world/fraud/), also turned to Twitter for help to get information on the verified Davidlank77 account. I think we're getting close to understanding who's behind this).

The scammers are in cahoots have made a pathetic attempt to justify their actions in advance by referring to forgery, quote: "... condemns forgery of documents and fraud, seeks to protect its users." But we have all the necessary evidence, which will be distributed everywhere, as well as drawn up an appeal to law enforcement agencies in those countries where these scammers are represented to achieve justice. We still sincerely hope that these scammers have enough intelligence to adequately assess their actions and all the evidence they left behind when committing their crimes! However, as we warned, they do not have much time to return the stolen (16000 USDT and 40000 of our YES-tokens)
