π Request a Temporary Proof of Study
β οΈ Note: This document can be issued only once per academic year and is valid for one exam session only.

β οΈ Reminder for Students with Outstanding Tuition Fee Debt
Students who have any debts from tuition fee for the 2025β2026 academic year are reminded that they will not be admitted to final examinations until the full payment is completed for the whole year. πβ
π If you have already made the payment, please check your SRS account (processing takes at least a working day). If the payment is not reflected in a working day, you must bring your payment receipt to the Inquiry Office (Financial Services Department) to have your profile checked and your access restriction lifted.
β οΈ Please note that restrictions are not removed automatically after a payment. Ensure that your full name and invoice number are clearly indicated on the receipt.
π All debtor students are strongly advised to resolve this issue before their final examinations, taking into account lunch hours and weekends. For Saturday exams, please be aware that the Financial Services Department does not operate on weekends, so all issues must be resolved in advance.
