Expiry ki Baat 4-Aug-2026 Series:

• Following a positive reversal from the lows of 23,600 levels last week, Nifty so far has managed a 1000-point rally.

The recent price action over the past 4-months has evolved into a consolidation in the form of an Ascending Triangle pattern.

The upper end of the congestion at 24,550-24,600 zone, remains critical for Bulls. Sustenance above the same shall indicate a fresh breakout with the potential to propel Nifty towards 24,800-25,000 levels over the next few days.

• For tomorrow, the possibility of testing 24,750-24,800 is high while 24,400 should be the base.

•I n the derivatives segment, OI build-up remains concentrated at the 24,600 strike for Calls & at 24,500 for Puts.

US weighs sending thousands of troops to region as Iran war rages: Report
The Trump administration is considering deploying thousands of troops to ⁠reinforce its operation in the Middle East, ⁠amid the war against Iran, Reuters reports, citing a US official and three people familiar with the matter.

The deployments could help provide Trump with additional options as he weighs expanding US operations, with the Iran war well into its third week, Reuters reported on Thursday, at the same time further entrenching the US in a foreign war, the like of which he had repeatedly promised never to do.

The US operations being contemplated include securing safe passage for oil tankers through the ⁠Strait of Hormuz, a mission that would be accomplished primarily through air and naval forces, the sources said.
