Rolls with sesame sauce 🍱

🫑Ingredients:

✔Cauliflower - 300 gr
✔Sesame sauce - 3 tbsp (its preparation below)
✔Carrots - 2 medium
✔Garlic - 2-3 cloves
✔Nori sheets - 3 pcs
✔Lemon juice - 2 tbsp + apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp
✔Vegetables (avocado, cucumber and bell pepper)
✔Spices (coriander, black pepper, ginger or you can use 1 tsp)
Sesame sauce:
✔Sesame - 50g (or ready-made sesame paste, tahini)
✔Garlic clove
✔Mustard - 1 tsp
✔Salt to taste (or miso paste)
✔Juice - 1/2 lemon/lime
✔Water

👩‍🍳Preparation

Sauce:⠀
Lightly toast the sesame seeds, then grind them in a coffee grinder or blender. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add water gradually until you get the right consistency. You can mix by hand or in a blender (grind the sesame seeds separately first).
