🌎 Think about it.

The first generation to grow up with a smartphone in their hand, a screen in their face, and the entire world in their pocket… is now choosing to put it all down. Not because they can't use it — but because they finally understand what it's costing them.

📊 And the numbers are brutal.
70% of Gen Z say social media negatively affects their mental health. 63% admit they spend too much time scrolling. 45% feel insecure because of constant comparison online. 60% are worried about how their personal data is being used. And 52% have either taken a break from or completely deleted their accounts.

🚫 This isn't a trend. It's a crisis.
Endless scrolling kills focus. Highlight reels destroy self-esteem. Cyberbullying never sleeps. And the algorithm was never built for your happiness — it was built for your attention. Every like, every notification, every autoplay video is a trap dressed as entertainment.
