1. Are actors and actress important to movies?
Well, I think their importance definitely depends on many factors, I would say. On the one hand, I can easily say yes, because if actors and actress are professionals of their jobs, they can clearly portray the character in the best way possible, and there are lots of examples of it. Lots of people remember the Harry Potter in the form of Daniel Radcliffe, who perfectly demonstrated the real nature of Harry Potter, and he was actually one of the main reasons why Harry Potter movies are so popular. That's why I can easily say that, yeah, they are really important, 'cause if they truly do their job really well, it can truly contribute to the success of a movie. But at the same time, I don't really think that their importance is more significant than the plot. Because in most of the case, uh, this is what makes lots of movies popular and successful.
2. Do you think films with famous actors and actress are more likely to become successful films?
It also depends on the situation, I think, because if the plot is not something attractive for a lot of people, it may definitely fail and end up unsuccessful, I think, as there are lots of examples of mega stars who've had lots of unsuccessful movies like Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Robert Downey Jr., and there are lots of them. But at the same time, I think that, yeah, they may contribute to the success of the movie a lot better than other factors. Because all in all, famous actors and actress may have greater fan base than less known actors and actress. So that's why, yeah, it can actually, uh... I mean, their fame, their reputation may attract more views, more, I would say, people to watch that movie. That's why, yeah, it can definitely contribute to the success of a movie better.
3. Are historical films popular in your country?
Well, I would definitely say that it depends on the people, not the country. 'Cause there are some people who are really into history, documentaries, and that's why among those people, yeah, it's really popular. But among those who are not really into history, they are not that popular, I would say. That's why, yeah, it depends on the people's personal preference, not the country, I think. Why are Japanese animated films so popular? Well, it's a good question. There are lots of reasons for this, I think. One of the main ones is the diversity of genres, I would say. Because as I know, there are hundreds, if not thousands of genres that can suit lots of people's personal preferences and their tastes, as there are lots of genres like drama, comedy, horror, and science fiction, even motivational ones. So that's why everyone can find something that really suits their preference with animated versions of Japanese movies. And the next one would actually be the plot. As far as I know, there are lots of really great animated versions of Japanese movies, and they, they are really deep. And as far as I remember, I also watched one of them, uh, which was motivational. I don't really remember its exact name, but yeah, the plot was really deep, I think. These are the two reasons.
4. Do you believe movie reviews? Um, I, I would say I partially do because, uh, something really interesting for someone may not be equally appealing for other people. That's why I believe them partially. So for example, when I wanted to watch a movie called Hacksaw Ridge about history, World War II, the reviews weren't that, I would say, appealing, attractive, or great, but I really loved this movie when I watched it for the first time, and it was something really relatable 'cause my granddad used to talk a lot about World War II, and this movie clearly portrayed the things that he always used to tell me about. That's why, yeah, I sometimes do, but not fully. 'Cause, yeah, movie reviews are always personal. Uh, they're not objective, but subjective, I would say.
