Another gem on Nashik Pune highway. Hotel Apulaki by Bhujbal bandhu, had a scrumptious meal after long time at this place, situated around Narayangaon. Patwadi thali, which has patwadi, rassa, bhakari/chapati rice. Most flavorful patwadi I had in long long time. They also have Mutton, chicken thali . If you are traveling through this route don't miss this place.

एक दिवस असाच विचार आला की आजकाल highway ला पण Punjabi ढाबे कमी दिसतात, Truckers ढाबे म्हणतात ना तसे . लहान असताना किती तरी वेळा प्रवासाला गेल्यावर अशा ढाब्यांवर जेवायचो. अगदी बाज वैगेरे वर बसुन. म्हणून म्हणलं रिसर्च करावा आपल्या आसपास अशे ढाबे आहेत का, अगदी लांब जाण्याची पण तयारी होती. पण नशीब बघा, अगदी जवळच ढाबा सापडला निगडी भक्ती शक्ति जवळ. Reviews चांगले होते तर जाऊन बघावे म्हणलं. नाव 'अनमोल पंजाबी ढाबा'. Location वर पोहोचलो तर ढाबा दिसेना, सगळे ट्रक लागले होते, मग शोधला तर सापडला.

अगदी छोटा ढाबा. आत गेलो तर बाज होते, खुर्च्या पण आहेत. आम्ही बाजा वर बसलो. Menu कार्ड अगदी छोट, अगदी साध्या सोप्या भाज्या आणि रोटी राइस एवढाच. तिथली specialty आहे' 'दूध शेव भाजी' आणि त्यासोबत आम्ही पनीर शाही पण ऑर्डर केला. चवीला उत्तम होत, quantity पण भरपूर होती. अगदी 12Rs ला रोटी एवढी स्वस्त कुठे मिळते का. अगदी 80Rs पासून भाजी डिश होती. Veg ढाबा आहे, फक्त अंडं मिळत, चिकन मटण नाही. राइस मागविला पण quantity खूप. बाजा वर बसुन खाण्याचा फील काही veglach होता. एकदा अवश्य भेट द्या, पण families ना मी पार्सल आणणेच suggest करेन.
