Individual discounts are given on a deal over $15,000. There are no discounts on the first deal, no referral system, no discounts for attracting customers, no privileges for regular customers, no bonuses.
The only bonus - every thousandth deal (out of the total amount of deals) is made for free.

In my opinion and experience - normal escrows do not do this.

Deal Procedure Guidelines:
6.1 After agreeing on the deal terms, both participants message the escrow privately, escrow provides a link to the deal chat for approval of conditions from all sides.
6.2 Subsequently, one of the deal parties (preferably the buyer) drafts the deal terms, which are then adjusted in case the other party disagrees. The terms should be structured as follows:
1) Buyer's link
2) Seller's link
3) Deal amount in payment currency (excluding the escrow fee)
4) Who paying the escrow fee?
5) Description of the product/service, requirements for the product/service
6) What will serve as evidence of a successful deal completion?
7) Deadline required for a successful deal completion
8) Any other important information regarding the deal
6.3 After reviewing and agreeing to all deal terms, the buyer receives payment details from the escrow and transfers money to the escrow wallet, covering both the deal amount and the escrow fee.
6.4 The escrow confirms the receiving money, notifying both parties and giving approval to work.
6.5 The seller fulfills obligations to the buyer, informing all parties. If assistance from the escrow is needed in structuring the process correctly, participants inform the escrow in advance.
6.6 The buyer checks the quality and stated characteristics, then notifies both parties of the results.
6.7 In the absence of justified claims from the buyer regarding the product/service, the escrow transfers money (deal amount) to the seller's account.
6.8 In case the buyer has claims, the escrow requests proof, refers to the deal terms, and makes a decision on money transfer accordingly.
6.9 Any cryptocurrency can be used as a payment system. Preferably, coins with low network fees for sending, such as USDT TRC20, LTC, MATIC. All network fees are borne by the deal participants. In case the buyer/seller agrees on a different payment system, there is an option for the escrow agent to accept an equivalent amount in cryptocurrency from one of the participants and refund the money after the completion of the deal

95% of the black list are scammers, most likely it is no longer possible to find a specific reason, because it takes three seconds to change the username, the main reasons for getting into the list of scammers are: the use of a fake escrow, a proven fact of scam, refusal of any escrow under any circumstances, an attempt to lie or mislead someone and so on.
Another 4% is most often simply for inappropriate behavior: a lot of rudeness, start of ethnic and other conflicts, attempts at slander and so on.
The last 1% I leave for everyone else, for many reasons that are not named here.

I often put the status for your understanding of the level of my employment:
If there is a green circle or duck/dog with laptop - I am fully working.
If there is a red circle, most likely you will have to wait for an answer for a long time, because either I am dealing with work issues and do not have time to answer to a lot of messages, or I am absent.
Identification ducks/dogs (eating, washing, shopping, and so on) - the answer may take longer than usual because I am busy with personal things.
Sleeping duck/dog or red circle - either I'm sleeping or I'm getting ready for bed.

I do not work with any fraudulent activities, loads, or deal with blacklisted people (which is 99.9% made up of scammers). I do not conduct deals aimed at deliberately causing harm to anyone, nor do I work with telephony, refunds, esim, overdrafts, loads. I don't deal with selling any contacts, microloans, or renting accounts. I also do not conduct deals involving software for hacking or direct hacking of accounts.
