Friends, hello everyone — Pavel here, founder of Open Academy 👋
Thank you for your questions under the . I carefully read all the comments, selected the most frequent ones, and personally prepared answers to each of them.
Below is the project’s official position on the key topics.
These answers have also been published in a dedicated https://open-academy.app/faq on the website, where they are officially documented and will be regularly updated as the project evolves.
1. When is the Open Academy TGE and token listing?
The TGE is planned for 2026, without a fixed date, but with a key prerequisite: securing at least $1M in funding dedicated to the campaign.
We deliberately avoid announcing a date in advance. Launching a token without full ecosystem support, a mature product line, real utility, and functioning economic support mechanisms (including buybacks, which require stable revenue) is harmful both for the project and for the token itself.
Our position is simple: a token should launch when it is fully integrated into the product and provides real value — not just to “check the box.”
At the same time, we understand that not everyone is willing to wait indefinitely. Therefore, if the TGE does not take place by the end of 2026, we will offer a refund mechanism for long-term supporters who choose not to continue waiting. The terms and format will be publicly outlined in advance.
We view the token as an important part of the Open Academy ecosystem and will publish quarterly status updates as more details become available.
2. Why do NFTs (Nutcrackers, Nuts, Rockets) exist, and do they have real value?
Nutcracker NFT
The Nutcracker NFT is a standalone asset and an entry pass to the Nutcrackers private club. This is our first and highly significant collection, consisting of 2,565 NFTs, representing a closed community of like-minded members that we have been developing as a separate initiative since 2024 ( https://nutcrackers.crypton.xyz/).
At the early stage of the project, Nutcracker holders received additional NUTS bonuses as a reward for being early supporters.
All allocations have already been distributed — if you purchased the NFT, you have received your bonuses.
Today, the Nutcracker NFT:
▸ trades freely on the market
▸ provides access to the private club community
▸ remains part of an independent project that we continue to develop
Nuts NFTs and the new Open Academy collection
Before the start of summer, users will be able to convert Nuts into NFTs and mint a new NFT collection directly tied to Open Academy.
This collection is designed for early adopters who want to actively participate in the platform’s development.
Holders will receive:
▸ access to a private team chat
early testing rights for new features
▸ the ability to directly influence ideas, product direction, and platform development
In essence, this is an early-contributors club — a group of people building alongside the project. For some, this means privileges; for others, it may eventually open opportunities to become authors, partners, or even team members.
Over time, this collection will also unlock additional benefits inside the platform.
Rocket NFTs
Rocket NFTs are a direct bonus tied to the future TGE. At the token launch, they will provide additional rewards on top of the standard token allocation. The only requirement is to hold them in your Open Academy account.
3. How is Open Academy different from other education platforms?
Open Academy is not just another academy — we are building a micro-learning infrastructure layer.
Most academies are storefronts of pre-built courses. Open Academy is infrastructure that enables anyone to create, embed, and scale learning as a product feature.
The core of the platform is the AI course editor, not a static content library. We believe the future of education lies in micro-formats, embedded learning, and learning as a native product function.
