It’s been 2 years since we started this community… and honestly, it still feels a bit unreal how fast time has gone.
What started as a simple idea just trying to share something helpful for someone out there has grown into a space with 5,000+ of you here. And I’m really thankful for every single one of you.
I read your comments, messages, and feedback whenever I can. The support, the kind words, and even the small “this helped me” messages. I truly appreciate all of it.
And thank you as well to everyone who interacts in any way likes, comments, shares, or even just follows quietly. You’re part of this in your own way.
It’s really nice to see many of you grow over time. some starting with no experience and now becoming top-rated, others sharing their projects and progress. Seeing that kind of journey really encourages us to keep sharing. And those of you who are already experienced, top-rated freelancers and still come back to support others here that also means a lot.
We’ll try to adjust our time and put more focus on practical content, live sessions, and real examples that can actually help you in your day-to-day work.
Thank you for being here and growing with this community. 🤍
Sometimes, your next opportunity is just one conversation away.
Back when I was studying at AASTU, I got assigned a dorm roommate I had never met before.
Like most first meetings, we started with simple questions…
“What’s your department?”
That small question turned into a longer conversation about tech, development, and what I had been working on. I ended up showing her some of my projects.
At the time, it didn’t feel like a big moment. Just a normal conversation.
But here’s the thing about me back then, I often went home when we didn’t have many classes.
One day, when I came back, she told me:
“Someone was looking for an application developer… I told them about you.”
She didn’t even have my phone number. She had to look for me.
And just like that from a single conversation and sharing my work I got my first remote job opportunity.
What really matters here:
Your projects are more powerful than your CV
Sharing your work opens doors you didn’t plan for
People can only recommend you if they know what you do
Opportunities don’t always come from applying, sometimes they come from conversations and visibility!
I didn’t get that opportunity from a job board.
I didn’t get it from applying online.
I got it because I shared what I built.
So if you’re building something
don’t keep it to yourself.
You never know who is listening.

Started reading Ctrl+Alt+Delete by Mitch Joel
The book explores how the digital world is changing the way we work, learn, and grow.
Education is no longer “finish school → get a job”
It’s now “learn → adapt → relearn → evolve”
Careers are no longer linear they’re constantly evolving.
Job security is being replaced by skill adaptability.
The people who stay curious and keep learning will always stay relevant.

“What do you mean it’s almost Monday? I’m still somewhere in Saturday…” 😄
Anyway, new week, new pressure, new products loading.
This week looks intense based on my schedule:
1. App going live on App Store & Play Store
2. High-priority client tasks lined up
3. A lot to figure out, fix, and finish
Starting with the hardest task sets the tone for the entire day.
Not because it’s fun (it’s not ),
but because it clears your mind, builds momentum, and makes the rest feel lighter.
No overthinking. Just a simple plan:
Start early.
Pick the heavy task.
Focus.
Move.
Weeks don’t slow down for us
we just get better at handling them.
Let’s see what this one brings. Have a productive week!

To all the women reading this 😍
Life isn’t always easy, and some days feel heavier than others. Yet, somehow, you keep moving. You keep dreaming. You keep building, even when the path isn’t clear.
You carry so much responsibilities, hopes, and challenges, and still find a way to show up for yourself and others. That is strength. That is courage. That is resilience.
It’s okay to take a pause. It’s okay to rest. Your worth isn’t measured by how much you do or how perfect your day looks. Every step, even the small ones, matters.
To the women facing doubts, breaking barriers, and carving their own path, You are seen. You are strong. You are enough. 💜
Happy Women’s Day 💜
Keep shining, keep rising, and keep believing in the beautiful future you’re creating.

“What if I fail?”
But what if it works?
Giving something your full effort and failing is still better than never trying and living with “what if…”
What will you really lose by trying?
Be obsessed with the things worth achieving, your passion and the things you’re proud of.
That kind of focus pushes you to try harder and keep going.
Sometimes it works.
Sometimes it doesn’t.
But at least there’s no lifetime spent wondering what could have happened.
Have a wonderful weekend:)

Sometimes I remember I submitted my thesis without ChatGPT…
and I honestly don’t know how I survived that phase.
Now I open ChatGPT to help me rewrite a simple email.
Life really went from writing 100+ pages alone…
to “can you rephrase this sentence?” 😄

Technical skills are the foundation of the work on platforms like Upwork.
Frameworks, tools, languages, architecture... are what allow us to actually build and deliver solutions.
But in addition to technical skills, something else has played a big role in helping me grow on Upwork and build long-term client relationships.
When I look at the “Insights from completed jobs” section on my profile, many clients highlight things like:
• Collaborative
• Committed to quality
• Clear communicator
• Reliable
• Solution oriented
• Detail oriented
• Professional
These are things that help you create long-term clients. They shape how the work gets done and how clients experience working with you.
Being collaborative show you're not just executing tasks you're working with the client to reach the best outcome.
Being committed to quality means caring about the result, not just finishing the ticket.
Being a clear communicator avoids confusion and keeps projects moving smoothly.
Being reliable gives clients confidence that things will get done.
Being solution oriented means focusing on solving problems instead of only pointing them out.
Being detail oriented helps catch small issues before they turn into bigger ones.
These things might sound simple, but they build trust.
And trust is often what turns a short project into a long-term client relationship.
Technical skills deliver the work.
But how you work with people often determines whether the client wants to work with you again.
Don’t underestimate these skills! They usually help you turn a small project or a small business into long-term growth and bigger opportunities.

Don’t take feedback personally in a work environment.
Try to understand it. Improve from it. Respond calmly.
I remember my first app.
During testing, the login validation wasn’t working.
If someone entered the wrong credentials, nothing happened, no error, no guidance.
A coworker " not an engineer " tried to log in.
It failed, and they reported: “The whole app doesn’t work.”
At first, I was offended.
I had worked so hard, and most of the app was functioning perfectly.
But the reality was simple: from their perspective, it truly didn’t work. Also, they have no idea about development and the logic the code behind the screen.
The missing validation made the experience broken.
Once I added proper error messages, the “whole app doesn’t work” problem disappeared.
Take any feedback at the workplace as a way to improve your work, not as a reflection on you personally.
Whether it comes from a coworker, a client, or a user, separating it from your ego keeps your work and your mental space clear.
Listen. Understand. Improve. Move on.

Started learning Python because it was required for Machine Learning…
Now I use it fully for backend development.
Funny how things change.
At first, it was just a step I had to take.
Now it’s the language I build APIs and real projects with every day.
Sometimes you start learning something for one reason…
and it ends up opening a completely different path.
Keep going. You never know where it leads.

Learning to code is an exciting journey from the very start.
You open your laptop with curiosity.
You write your first lines of code.
You see something appear on the screen because of what you typed, and that feeling? It’s awesome
At first, it’s simple things.
“Hello World.”
A few variables.
Some small logic.
And every small win feels like a big achievement.
Then the journey starts getting deeper.
You face errors you’ve never seen before.
You stare at your screen trying to understand why something isn’t working.
You fix one an issue after hours…
That moment changes you.
You realize coding isn’t just about writing code.
It’s about thinking differently.
It’s about patience.
It’s about learning how to break big problems into small pieces.
The more you learn, the more you understand how much there is to explore.
New technologies.
New tools.
New challenges that stretch your mind.
And one important thing becomes clear, as long as you are working in tech, the learning never really ends.
There will always be something new to understand, something better to build, something different to try.
And instead of feeling tired of it… you grow into it.
Coding becomes more than a skill.
It becomes a mindset.
A constant journey of improvement.
A quiet promise to keep learning, keep building, and keep getting better.
What started as curiosity turns into passion.
And before you know it, you’re not just learning code
you’re becoming someone who loves solving problems.
And that’s the beauty of coding 😍

Before your final year ends, or at least before you graduate, challenge yourself.
Don’t just aim for the degree.
Aim for proof of work.
Have at least:
1. 2–3 solid, real-world projects (not just tutorial copies)
2. Real-world experience
3. At least one deployed project people can actually use
4. A GitHub that shows consistency, not just empty repos
5. Real problems you struggled with and solved
6. Experience working with APIs, databases, authentication, deployment ....
University gives you theory.
The market asks for experience.

Vibe coding only works when you know what you’re doing.
On large projects, you can’t just rely on tools and hope for the best.
To even “vibe code,” you need to understand programming and the problem you’re solving.
As engineers, our job is to think first, understand the problem,
be clear about the expected outcome, and make the right trade-offs.
Lately, I’m getting clients who come in to fix apps that were purely vibe coded, and who knows, this might even turn into more opportunities fixing AI-vibe-coded systems in the future.
AI can help us write code faster,
but the logic, judgment, and responsibility still come from us.
Anyway, have a productive weekend:)
