To ensure the sustainable growth of the WEMIX ecosystem and provide stable services aligned with global standards, the existing tokenomics centered on WEMIX$ will be reorganized into a USDC.e system.

Accordingly, support for WEMIX$ on WEMIX PLAY will be terminated, and migration and service termination procedures for certain token pools will proceed.
This reorganization is conducted with the utmost priority on protecting user assets and ensuring a stable ecosystem transition. Please be sure to strictly review the detailed targets, schedules, and precautions regarding these changes.
[Key Schedule and Process]
1. Termination of WEMIX$ Support and Introduction of USDC.e
• Details: The base currency for all services (such as GameFi) on WEMIX PLAY will change from WEMIX$ to USDC.e.
- Schedule : Monday, April 6, 2026 (UTC+0)
- After this time, payments and service usage using WEMIX$ will be restricted.
* The change of the base currency for collections using WEMIX$ on the NFT Marketplace will proceed at a later date and will be announced through an additional notice.
* The service transition schedule is subject to partial changes depending on the transition preparation status.
2. Notice of Scheduled Service Maintenance for Migration and Pool Service Termination
• Date : April 6 (UTC+0)
• Key Schedule :
- Deposit Suspension : From Thursday, March 5 (Effective immediately upon this notice)
- Swap Suspension : Effective starting from Monday, April 6, according to the schedule.
- Pool Maintenance : Tuesday, April 7
- Withdrawal Deadline : By March 5, 2027
• Impact : Swaps and pool services for the migration targets and pools scheduled for termination will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
* Maintenance is scheduled to take place according to the dates mentioned above, and further details will be provided through a separate announcement.
* The maintenance time is subject to change depending on internal operational circumstances.
3. Migration Target Pools and Liquidity Scale
• Details : The WEMIX$ pairs of the target pools below will be migrated to new pools with USDC.e pairs.
※ Precautions
• To minimize fluctuations in pool prices and liquidity, the exchange ratio of the new pools will reflect the ratio immediately prior to the liquidity retrieval on the day of migration (April 7). This exchange ratio will be reasonably established according to standard industry calculation methods based on the aforementioned ratio.
• Due to the sequential nature of the retrieval process, slight differences in the exchange ratio may occur between the time of retrieval initiation and the time of liquidity supply to the new pool.
• The figures stated in this notice are data as of the time of the announcement. Due to the nature of swap pools, slight discrepancies from the estimates below may occur depending on market conditions on the actual day of retrieval and the time of new pool creation.

• CROW : approximately 330,000
• WEMIX$ : approximately 250,000
2. DSB - WEMIX$
• DSB : approximately 1,600,000

* DRACO / HYDRA pools are not included in this migration and will be announced through a separate notice at a later date.
** For pool creation, it will be established as closely as possible to the exchange ratio immediately prior to retrieval; therefore, slight differences from the retrieved asset quantity may occur.
