The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), Cambodia, is officially seeking qualified consulting firms to support the landmark establishment of Cambodia’s first National AI and Data Science Research Centre. We are proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of WillHack4Coffee, a CTF team formed by students from the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT).
The team has demonstrated exceptional skills, teamwork, and determination across national cybersecurity competitions organized by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC):
- 🥇 1st Place (27 June 2026): Cyber Arena 2026
- 🥉 3rd Place (16 August 2026): Cambodia National Cybersecurity Competition (CNCC) 2026
These achievements reflect the dedication of our students to continuously developing their cybersecurity knowledge and applying their technical skills in challenging, competitive environments.

Phnom Penh: On May 4, 2026, the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT) hosted a delegation led by Professor Yassine Lakhnech, President of the University of Grenoble Alpes (UGA), France, to discuss the further strengthening of their strategic partnership in digital technology. The collaboration between CADT and UGA, particularly with the Grenoble INP engineering school, has been a robust and high-impact partnership since 2018.
Through this cooperation, Cambodian students and officials have received scholarships to pursue advanced studies in France. Moving forward, the CADT and UGA are exploring additional collaborative projects for the future.
Furthermore, CADT proposed expanding this cooperation to include visiting professors for new programs in Cybersecurity and Satellite Communications to meet Cambodia's growing digital infrastructure needs.
