"Can I finish the whole Pre-SAT Math course faster than 6 months?"
If you have the same question — yes, you can! Albert finished the entire Pre-SAT Math + SAT Math in just 7 months, and scored 750 on his first attempt. Check out his story:👇
Over the past 6 months at the SATashkent, I had the opportunity to prepare seriously for the SAT exam. Before starting the course, I underestimated how strategic the test actually is. I believed that knowing English and basic math would be enough, but I quickly realized that the SAT requires specific skills such as time management, pattern recognition, and careful analysis of questions.
At the beginning, I struggled the most with time pressure, especially in the reading section. I often tried to understand every detail of the passage, which caused me to run out of time and miss easier questions. In math, my main issue was lack of knowledge, careless mistakes, and rushing through problems without checking my work. My first practice tests were a clear reality check, showing me that my approach was not effective.
As the course progressed, I began to improve by changing my strategies. In reading, I learned to focus on finding evidence directly in the text instead of relying on assumptions. This helped me become more accurate and confident in my answers. In the writing section, I improved by recognizing common grammar patterns, especially punctuation and sentence structure. In math, I worked on slowing down slightly and paying more attention to details, which reduced my mistakes.
One of the most important parts of my preparation was reviewing my errors and trusting the process. At first, I focused mainly on completing practice tests, but I later understood that analyzing mistakes was more valuable than simply doing more questions. This shift helped me identify my weak areas and avoid repeating the same errors.
The structured approach of SATashkent also played an important role. The guidance from my teachers, Ollonazar aka, Diyorbek aka, and ms Farzona, helped me stay disciplined and focused. Instead of studying randomly, I followed a clear plan, which made my preparation more efficient.
When I received my final score, I saw the result of these changes. While there is always room for improvement, I can clearly see how my skills developed over time. If I could start again, I would spend more time reviewing mistakes from the very beginning and focus less on the number of tests I completed.
Overall, this experience taught me that success on the SAT is not only about knowledge, but about strategy, discipline, and self-analysis. These lessons will be useful not only for exams, but also for future academic challenges.
