❗️ Staircases and entrances of apartment buildings must now be cleaned once a week
The Ministry of Justice has state-registered the Rules on the maintenance and use of multi-apartment buildings (Registration No. 3824, dated April 29, 2026).
📝 According to the Rules, a unified technical passport shall be maintained for multi-apartment buildings by management bodies.
✅ Management bodies shall ensure the proper condition of load-bearing structures, surveillance cameras, and intercom systems, as well as carry out the procurement of raw materials, materials, fuel, inventory, and household supplies.
📑 Architectural elements, advertisements, posters, and announcements may be installed on the facades and in common-use areas of apartment buildings based on the decision of the general meeting of owners.
❗️ Noise levels in buildings must not exceed the established sanitary standards.
🚿 Buildings (including staircases, elevators, waste chambers, waste collection facilities, basements, and others) and adjacent areas shall, where necessary, undergo deratization, disinsection, and disinfection by the management body.
⏳ In case of emergency situations involving pipes in the basement leading to the accumulation of water or wastewater, the management body must remove such water and sewage within 24 hours.
🔎 Elevator rooms of apartment buildings shall be cleaned once a week, and elevator equipment shall be subject to continuous technical monitoring.
