Let's remember what the iGaming market looked like back then:
▪️ Europe was the center of the universe. UK, Malta, Curacao were the only "real" hubs. LatAm and Asia were niche stories, not mainstream.
▪️ Mobile was just getting started. Desktop dominated. Not everyone had an app. Mobile-first was a buzzword, not a reality.
▪️ Arbitrage was a goldmine. Facebook and Google weren't killing gambling yet. Bans happened, but it wasn't total hell.
▪️ Regulation was softer, business was simpler. KYC without video verification.
▪️ SMS billing was still alive. Not everyone had a bank card. Carrier billing was a real strategy, not a joke.

Мы вернулись с TES🇪🇸, где познакомились с адалт-комьюнити. И оно впечатляет.

Кейс: Индия х2 FTD конверсия за полгода 📈
После запрета intent в Индии, рынок массово ушёл в P2P. И тут многие решили, что все просто, и чем больше реквизитов тем лучше. Это иллюзия.
Мы пошли другим путём:
▪️ Умный каскад на ИИ, вместо массового пула
▪️ Внутренний блэклист реквизитов с просадкой
▪️ Меньше провайдеров, но качественных (с конверсией до 49%)
▪️ Локальные индийские провайдеры вместо СНГ и Китая.
Результат: FTD конверсия с 20% до 40%+ меньше чем за 6 мес. Индия остается самым быстрорастущим и непредсказуемым рынок, где нельзя расслабляться.
