Hello everyone,
Here’s a quick update on the current situation.
1. Undelivered International orders from April/Late March
If you’re waiting on an international order placed in April or end of March, all will be fulfilled right after the Labor Day holidays. That means the first week of May — starting on the 4th — and by the end of that week, most of you should hopefully have your international tracking numbers.
2. USA warehouse (peptide orders) – tracking delays
If your tracking number from our new USA warehouse is taking a long time to update, it’s because we’re dealing with some incompetent people on their end. They have a few delayed shipments, and I’m actively investigating why. If they can’t get their act together, we’ll start selling new arrivals ASAP from another solution. Otherwise, I’ll have no choice but to move to a new warehouse. I can’t give these people a large restock and then suffer from their delays and incompetence later. Thank you for your patience.
3. EU & UK warehouses – operating smoothly
Both are working perfectly — fast shipments, no issues. Just remember: there are no tracking updates on weekends, only on business days.
EU warehouse will soon have the same product list as before our March relocation, plus some new items expected this week. We’ll announce here as soon as stock lands.
UK warehouse will receive new products in about 2 weeks.
4. Australia warehouse – temporarily empty
Big buyers cleared everything out. We’ll be trying new supply lines soon to restock, but there will be nothing available for the next 2 weeks.
5. Canada warehouse – limited stock left
Take advantage of what remains, because I have no incoming stock or shipments en route to Canada — we simply don’t have reliable lines to restock yet. If we decided to send goods with a “hit or miss” approach, the price would reflect that risk. And since Canadians are known to be… careful with their money, I suspect the result would be disappointing for everyone. So I prefer to wait until we have safe, reliable shipping lines before restocking Canada.
6. International orders going forward
Once I’ve fulfilled all pending April international orders, if the domestic warehouse lists are full, we probably won’t reopen international ordering. It’s simply too much of a headache and too unpredictable.
Final thoughts
We’ve been dealing with one problem after another for almost two months now. Every time we solve something, something new pops up. It’s a terrible situation and mentally exhausting — but we’re still fighting to fill all our overseas warehouses with everything we can.
We understand your frustration. Believe me, I am just as frustrated as you are. I wish we could provide better customer service, but much of this is beyond our control. Still, I’m hopeful that things will fall into place over the next few weeks, and we may reach another peak period with fully stocked warehouses again — just like a few months ago.
Please don’t take it as disrespect if I don’t reply to your questions personally — especially those asking about restocks or international updates. I simply can’t answer everyone individually, and I prefer to give public updates so everyone gets the same information at the same time. You’re not missing out on exclusive secrets in private DMs. That’s just how it is.
Thank you for your patience and support.
