Today: A global career.

But here’s what makes her story powerful:
She started earning before becoming a Patent Agent.
She began freelancing, got her first project worth ₹3,000, and slowly built visibility on LinkedIn. Soon, she was working with clients from the USA, Australia, Philippines and Czech Republic — handling patent searches, drafting support, and USPTO work.
She earned $3,000+ from freelance patent work without a law degree.
While law firms offered her ₹25,000–₹30,000/month, she chose freelancing — because she was already earning ₹50,000+ per month independently.
Today, she works with global clients and is building her own IP practice.

Meet Muskaan Rastogi from Lucknow.
A 2024 MSc (Molecular & Human Genetics) graduate, she was staring at job offers of ₹15,000–₹20,000/month with no growth. She had never heard of patent careers and had never met a patent professional.
Out of curiosity, she joined a LawSikho bootcamp in August 2024.
That one decision changed everything.
For the first time, she understood how the global patent system works, how Indian professionals can work with international clients, and how patent careers are structured.
She had just 3 months to prepare for the Patent Agent exam.
She cleared it in her first attempt.

Guess what, the revolution has already begun.
The government is encouraging the revolution by reducing the average patent grant timeline from 51 months to a fraction of it, in line with Japan and the US.
Today, you have the time to jump on the bandwagon.
Do you want to learn how you can do it? Want to know how you can seize this massive opportunity?

From local success to global leadership.
But their strategic advantage must be protected through patents, else immoral actors and foreign corporate vultures might kill it.
As the world looks for alternatives to China, it’s the ideal time for India to take leadership in global manufacturing.
True leadership in manufacturing requires cutting-edge innovation and legal protection through patents.
From the land of BPOs & jugaad, we could birth the next hi-tech revolution back home.
From selling generics across the world to beating the Pfizers and Novartis in their home turf
But patent expertise is going to be at the forefront of this revolution.

The power of Indian JVs was first realised with Bosch India being a force in its own right, as compared to Bosch Germany.
On the side, millions of Marwari, Baniya, Gujara, ti, and other traditional businessmen continued to do dhandha in the grey market, to avoid paying taxes.
Although they managed to ensure a profit margin in every deal, thinking of long-term investments and strategic advantage was out of scope, owing to financial constraints.
We had grown up in financial scarcity & opportunity scarcity, not in abundance, building a business out of breadcrumbs, literally.
The ut pandemic, lockdown, and UPI caused a U-turn in mindset, leading to most of the SMEs opening bank accounts, disclosing income, and paying taxes.
The same businessmen realised the firepower available through private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, R&D investment, and IPOs.
Now they can dream of a global vision, powered by breakthrough innovation.
