📝 How It Works
Phase 1: Research Submission & Peer Review
Participants must:
1️⃣ Identify one existing, real problem in case of Uzbekistan in either:
🌱 Green Economy or 🎨 Creative Economy
2️⃣ Develop a clear and evidence-based policy recommendation addressing that problem.
Your extended abstract (900–1000 words) should:
✔️Clearly define the problem (context, scale, relevance to Uzbekistan)
✔️Explain why the problem matters economically
✔️Propose a concrete policy solution
✔️Justify the recommendation using theory, data, or comparative examples
✔️Briefly outline implementation considerations (feasibility, risks, budget trade-offs)
⚠️ The focus is not descriptive analysis — it is policy-oriented problem solving.
Submissions must be:

📌Individual
📌Free from plagiarism or undeclared AI-generated content
