Texas Creates First Bitcoin Reserve Fund

The Texas Senate has passed Senate Bill No. 21, establishing a state-level Bitcoin reserve fund. This makes Texas the first U. S. government to manage a cryptocurrency fund, which will hold Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies valued over $500 billion. An advisory committee will oversee its development.
