๐ General Manager, Industrial Development
Lead the planning, execution, and growth of large-scale industrial parks and estates, while driving the Groupโs industrial development strategy and expanding our presence in high-value industrial markets.
๐ General Manager, Commercial Development
Drive the strategy and execution of retail, office, and mixed-use developments, ensuring strong project value, tenant mix, and market positioning.
๐ฐ Finance Manager
Oversee Group financial operations, including Bursa reporting, financial planning, taxation, treasury management, and internal controls.
๐ Civil Engineer (Design Coordination)
Coordinate civil & structural design drawings, collaborate with consultants and internal teams, and support efficient project execution.
๐จ Corporate Branding Manager (Property Development)
Lead and coordinate brand strategy, marketing communications, and digital presence to strengthen the companyโs brand image across projects, media platforms, and corporate initiatives.
๐ฅ Talent Management Executive
Support people development initiatives including training & development, KPI and performance management, HR analytics, employee engagement, and HRD Corp compliance.
