Job Title: Social Media, Design, and Video Editing Trainee
Location: Hybrid
Duration: 6-9 months
Key Responsibilities:
● Social Media Management: Assist with managing and growing our social
media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,
etc.). Responsibilities include content scheduling, engaging with the audience,
tracking performance, and identifying opportunities for growth.
● Graphic Designing: Help create visually engaging content for social media,
including posters, infographics, and other visual materials. Use design tools
like Canva or similar applications to produce graphics that align with the brand
and engage the audience.
● Video Editing: Assist with video editing tasks, including editing clips for social
media, promotional videos, and other content. Use video editing tools such as
Filmora, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or similar to create polished and creative
videos.
Must have skills:
● Social Media Savvy: Good understanding of major social media platforms
and trends. Ability to create engaging content and track social media metrics.
● Graphic Designing: Proficient in Canva or similar graphic design tools to
create social media posts, posters, and infographics.
● Video Editing: Basic proficiency in video editing software like Filmora, InShot,
or Adobe Premiere, with an eye for detail and creativity.
● Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple
tasks simultaneously.
● Creativity and Initiative: Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative
ideas to the table.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Educational Qualification: 12th and above.
● Prior experience with social media management, graphic design, and video
editing is a plus.
● A portfolio or sample of previous video editing work is highly encouraged.
