🔷 About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Supervisor to oversee the organisation’s IT infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of systems, networks, and IT services.
The ideal candidate will supervise IT support activities, maintain system security and reliability, and contribute to the preparation of technical proposals and tenders. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Supervise daily IT operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems and services
🔹 Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, endpoints, and enterprise applications
🔹 Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
🔹 Lead IT support staff and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
🔹 Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex IT problems
🔹 Manage IT service requests, incident response, and escalation processes
🔹 Ensure system availability, performance, and security across IT environments
🔹 Support cybersecurity compliance, vulnerability management, and system hardening
🔹 Prepare and develop technical tender documents, RFP responses, and technical proposals
🔹 Collaborate with technical and business teams to prepare competitive solutions
🔹 Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, upgrades, and support
🔹 Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures
🔹 Prepare technical reports and system performance updates
🔷 Requirements
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
🔹 4–7 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management
🔹 Experience supervising IT support teams
🔹 Experience preparing technical tenders, RFP responses, or proposals is highly preferred
🔹 Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and enterprise systems
🔹 Experience with system administration and IT support operations
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🔹 Excellent communication and coordination abilities
🔹 Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft, or CompTIA are preferred
