Job Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience in Routing, Switching, and Wireless Network Administration is mandatory
• CCNP or equivalent Cisco certification is preferred.
• Experience with enterprise firewall and network security solutions is preferred.
• Experience with network monitoring and management platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, including AWS, Huawei Cloud, or equivalent platforms, is an advantage.
• Experience working in data center, banking, financial services, or other mission-critical environments is an advantage.
• 5+ years of professional experience in network engineering, network administration, or a related field.
Job Description
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, Internet, and data center network environments to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Configure and maintain Cisco networking equipment, including routers, switches, wireless controllers/access points, and related network technologies.
• Support network security initiatives, including network hardening, vulnerability remediation, access control, and security monitoring.
• Participate in network architecture, capacity planning, technology evaluation, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Evaluate network hardware, software, and security solutions and provide technical recommendations for product and solution selection.
• Support data center, cloud, and hybrid network connectivity, including VPN, routing, security, and interconnection requirements.
• Maintain network configuration backups and ensure appropriate business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior network engineers and other IT team members.
• Participate in on-call support, including occasional night, weekend, and public holiday work as required.
• Work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external service providers.
• Perform other network and infrastructure-related duties assigned by management.
