QC Process Validation Section Head
🎯 Role Overview
The Process Validation Section Head will lead and manage all process validation activities across manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements and regulatory guidelines. This role is critical in maintaining product quality, process consistency, and successful product lifecycle management.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee process validation activities including PPQ, process verification, and revalidation
Develop and approve validation master plans, protocols, and reports
Ensure compliance with cGMP, ICH, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate cross-functional activities with Production, QA, QC, and R&D
Review and approve risk assessments related to process validation
Monitor validation status and ensure timely execution of validation activities
Support regulatory inspections and audits related to validation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical validation or QC
Strong knowledge of process validation lifecycle, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines
Proven leadership experience in managing validation teams
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
High level of ownership and attention to detail
