We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Sanitaryware Division Manager to lead the operations, sales, and business development of a growing sanitaryware division in Syria. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, supplier management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :
* Lead and manage sanitaryware division (sales, procurement, and operations teams)
* Drive revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion
* Develop and implement division strategies aligned with business goals
* Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key clients
* Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers
* Manage procurement, pricing, contracts, and supplier performance
* Oversee inventory, warehousing, and logistics operations
* Ensure product quality, compliance, and market standards
* Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
* Lead, mentor, and develop division teams
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
* 8–10 years of experience in sanitaryware, plumbing, or building materials trading
* Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
* Strong background in sales, procurement, and supplier management
* Excellent negotiation, leadership, and business development skills
* Strong knowledge of sanitaryware products and specifications
* Understanding of import, customs, and market regulations
* Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
