The IPC's six department heads cast deadlocked votes on both sides, leaving the fate of Planarcadia hanging on a single decision from Arita of the Traditional Project Department. You put in great effort to lobby Arita, only to be turned away by Kenneth. At your wits' end, you resolved to detonate a bombshell in Astropolis: the explosive news of the awakening of the husk.
The PR offensive paid off. You were invited to the Pan-Cosmic Trade Summit, though it turned out to be nothing more than a stalling tactic. After fighting your way out of Lodestar Tower, you threatened to roll Asat Pramad's Die, drawing every eye in Astropolis onto yourself. Finally, you secured the chance to have a face-to-face meeting with Arita.
You proposed restarting the Phantasmoon Games, using the authority of Elation to suppress the husk. Under Louis Fleming's direction, Arita cast a vote for the encanvas plan, and Planarcadia was saved. Once the crisis had temporarily subsided, Nihilux confessed her true identity to you: Aha, the Aeon of Elation.||

One of the new permanent additions in 3.0 is a full Bangboo-based game mode internally called RAB, officially titled 邦邦！天才与奇迹芯片！(Bangboo! Genius & Miracle Chip!)
In the clip you can see one of its sub-systems: City Chronicles (城市记闻), small researcher Bangboos deployed by Norma across Roscaelifer, each tied to a short field mission where you interact with NPCs and collect behavioral data. There are 16 of these spread across the new area
The full mode includes:
数域特训 (Domain Training) — A battle tower with 70+ floors where you deploy your own Bangboo squad. Floors unlock progressively as you advance the main progression system
高压测试 (High Pressure Test) — Boss challenges against powerful Bangboo enemies, with a full scoring and global/friends ranking system that unlocks at level 60

You get a card from it, and collecting specific card combinations rewards you with a special coin, which you can toss into a fountain in Aymelier for extra rewards
Still figuring out the full loop since there aren't many collections visible yet, but that's the gist of it
