Walking the streets of California with Nick Shirley.
Karen Bass has utterly failed the families of Los Angeles.
Homelessness continues to surge, crime runs wild and elderly women and children are not safe.
Wildfires devour entire communities as downtown Skid Row remains a humanitarian disaster and open dumpster fire.
Yet Mayor Bass does next to nothing to address it.
Instead, she deflects blame onto Republicans, even though the chaos comes directly from her own corruption and incompetence.
Let us not forget about the all the organizations and nonprofits exploiting the LA community at every turn an around every corner.
Rather than delivering real, concrete solutions, Bads administration drowns in scandals, grift, fraud and developer handouts. Billions have been wasted with nothing to show for it.
Any actual real positive recovery gets pushed back indefinitely.
That is because there is no money in actually solving the problem but there is billions of dollars in letting the chaos continue.
The mayor talks about the small “wins” like a handful of shelter beds, but these are just half ass distractions.
What we need are thorough audits, not more lies, budget excuses or empty promises.
Homeless numbers not dropping, these people are overdosing and dying on the streets. That’s why the number went down. But guess what? The number is back up. Progress is not always linear and that also applies to the opposite of progress as well. Decline is not always linear. It may get worse before it gets better. And it also might get a little better before it gets worse.
It would seem that the mayor is content with exploiting the crisis for personal and political gain while LA burns and families suffer.
What's happening in LA is heartbreaking, but real change will never come until California vote differently.

And yet the people responsible for preparing this city are now busy pointing fingers at each other.
Los Angeles wasn’t ready.
And the people who were supposed to protect this community need to be held accountable.
The Palisades deserves answers. And we can’t stop asking questions until we get them.

A serious crash involving an Audi R8 sports car was caught on dash camera Friday night in Woodland Hills.
At approximately 9:13pm on March 6, 2026, the collision occurred at the intersection of Fallbrook Avenue and Oxnard Street. Video from a nearby vehicle shows a red Toyota Celica traveling southbound on Fallbrook Avenue and preparing to make a left turn onto Oxnard Street.
As the Celica entered the intersection, a northbound Audi R8 approached at what witnesses described slammed into the Toyota who was mid turn, triggering a violent crash.
The impact left the Celica heavily damaged and trapped a female occupant inside the wreckage. The driver of the Audi jumped out and cut the seatbelt of the other vehicle to help treat the injured woman. Emergency crews responded to the scene to assist with the extrication and provide medical aid.
The extent of the woman’s injuries has not been released, and authorities are continuing to investigate the circumstances leading up to the crash.
