The Association of Ethiopian Architects has been selected as a recipient of the 2017 E. C. Grand African Successful Organization and Best Leadership Higher Honor Award by the Grand African Institutions and Leadership Awards Organization, and received the trophy, medal, and Higher Honor Diploma on December 21, 2025.
