Why people train is often obvious. You want to feel better, become stronger, maybe look better, and so on. The personal benefits are many (as all self-appointed Instagram prophets love to go on about).
The same applies when people talk about copying Jordan Peterson’s “make your bed” speech. Which our fanboy

Yes, all of this is positive for the individual and their personal development. In the long run, also for our people. After all, a strong collective is built from strong individuals, as the mantra goes.
However, training has other effects as well—cultural ones, not least.
The modern world is full of degenerate trash that seeks to drag you, your family, and your people down below the level of a cockroach. There is hardly any need to go through it all; those of you here know exactly what I am talking about.
This is where training, self-preservation, and personal development come into play. They act as a counterforce against the degeneration of yourself and in the long run - our people.
Even if you are someone who may not care much about boxing practice, powerlifting, or how far you can run, you should be aware that it is through physical activities that resistance to the modern world is organized.
Twitter, bingeing on podcasts, or doing whatever have its place in this vibe shift. But if we do not confront the degeneration within ourselves, and build an healthy culture around ourselfs, political change becomes rather difficult. It is only when we create (which is already well underway) a strong culture of physical and intellectual activity—a culture of action before words—that we can truly say we are breaking with the prevailing system.
That said: if you lack motivation or discipline to train for your own sake, then use the one thing that should burn like fire in your chest.
Hate.
Use your hatred as fuel to resist all this madness.
Every day we grow stronger, the enemy get's weaker.
