🚨 Trading & depositing BIFI on Binance will be suspended tomorrow 23 April
After, users can hold and withdraw from Binance, but need to withdraw to sell.
The token continues functioning as normal, with onchain staking fully available.

Response to Kelp Incident
Beefy took immediate action to protect user funds. All vaults with exposure to KelpDAO products were safely withdrawn from the lending platforms into their strategy contracts using the Beefy panic function. This ensures users can withdraw their funds normally and without issue.
As a precaution, some vaults with zero current exposure were also preemptively panic'ed. Unaffected vaults will resume normal operations once we have greater clarity on any potential bad debt or related issues.

Beefy is saying goodbye👋 to Binance at the pinnacle of a legendary trading career.
On 23 April, after 5 years, 1 month and 7 days of action, the BIFI/USDT pair will cease to trade.

It's been an incredible 5 years, and we want to thank everyone at Binance for all their support.
Since our listing in 2021, Beefy has risen to become the leading yield optimiser in DeFi.
Though we've since expanded across 40 different chains, you never forget your first.
What's next?
BIFI remains tradeable on Cryptocom and Gate for CEX users. We won't seek more listings.
Instead, Beefy is committed to being an onchain-first project. That means relying on DEX liquidity, expert governance, and veteran holders.
We're committed to DeFi.
What's impacted by the change?
Beefy's operations continue unaffected.
Fee generation, staking yields and BIFI buybacks all continue onchain as before. No action is required from BIFI holders to maintain access.
Beefy's value proposition remains unchanged.
What about price?
We expect short-term volatility. Binance will still custody BIFI, but some users may wish to exit rather than use DeFi.
However, CEX activity has been slow, and Beefy doesn't rely on it. We don't expect this to materially impact our long-term prospects.
Beefy is one of the few projects in DeFi that remains a committed and transparent DAO. Leaving Binance only reinforces this.
