The first birth I ever witness was in a “mermaids purse” . Or en caul. When a woman births en caul, the baby arrives still held in the intact amniotic sac. It is one of the rare moments in birth where you can feel the intelligence of nature showing itself without interruption. The baby moves from one world to the next in its own time, cushioned in its original waters, protected from bright lights and frantic hands. Many cultures see it as a sign of intuitive strength or a life guided by inner wisdom ❤️

As many of you are part of the freedom movement or the wider awakened community, I wanted to share something I’ve written because it came from a very real place in me. I’ve had my fair share of trolls and online abuse over the years, and for a long time I thought it was simply because I was speaking uncomfortable truths. It took a level of deep, wildly uncomfortable inner work. It dragged me right into the parts of myself I would rather avoid. I had to face the darkest shadow I was carrying before I could see how much it shaped the way I spoke, the way I showed up and the way people responded to me.

What I’ve written is not an easy read. It is uncomfortable because it asks you to look inward rather than outward for a moment. But if you want to change what you see on the outside, if you can sense that your message is landing in a way that doesn’t quite reflect your intention, this piece might be the thing you need to sit with.
