When you go away on a journey, upon your return to your family you should bring them back a gift or a novelty, even if it be a mere stone.

💠 A heavenly remembrance, a divine illumination

The Messenger of Allah (blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) has said:

“I advise you to recite the Qur’an and remember Allah abundantly, for surely the Qur’an will remember you in the Heavens and it will be a Divine Light (Nur) for you on the Earth.”

💠 The highest virtues and the greatest sins

Prophet Mohammad (S)‏ said:

There are two virtues unexcelled by anything better: faith in God and being of benefit to God’s servants. There are two iniquities unsurpassed by anything worse: associating something with God and causing harm to God’s servants.

خَصْلَتَانِ لَيْسَ فَوْقَهُمَا مِنَ الْبِرِّ شَيْءٌ الْإِيمَانُ بِاللَّهِ وَ النَّفْعُ لِعِبَادِ اللَّهِ وَ خَصْلَتَانِ لَيْسَ فَوْقَهُمَا مِنَ الشَّرِّ شَيْءٌ الشِّرْكُ بِاللَّهِ وَ الضَّرُّ لِعِبَادِ اللَّهِ

💠 Quran Light

Say: Shall I seek a Lord other than Allah while He is the Lord of all things? And no one earns anything but to his own account; and no one bears the burden of another; then to your Lord is your return, so He will inform you of what you used to differ (about).

قُلْ أَ غَيْرَ اللَّـهِ أَبْغِي رَبًّا وَ هُوَ رَبُّ كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ وَ لا تَكْسِبُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ إِلاَّ عَلَيْها وَ لا تَزِرُ وازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْری‌ ثُمَّ إِلی‌ رَبِّكُمْ مَرْجِعُكُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِما كُنْتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ

📖 Surah Al An’am, Verse :164

⚜ In this verse, the Qur'an criticizes the logic of the pagans in another way. It tells the Prophet (S) to ask them whether it is appropriate to take a lord except Allah as their Lord, while He is the owner, the trainer, and the Lord of all things and His ordinance and His command is current in the entire particles of the world.

A group of the short-minded pagans came to the Prophet of Islam (S) and said that he should follow their creed. They added that if their creed was false, they might bear the burden of his sin.

✨ Imam al-Reza (as): On the authority of his forefathers (as):
Someone invited Amir al-Muminin. Ali (as) told him:

"On the condition that you promise me three things."
The man said, 'What promise, O Amir al-Muminin?‛
He said, "Do not procure anything from outside for us; do not spare us what is in the house; and do not put your family in trouble."
The man said, 'As you say.‛
Then, Ali b. Abi Talib (as) accepted his invitation.

🌿✨ Ahadith of Imam Reza (as) in the words of the Martyred Leader (part 9)

📌 Proper social conduct

✨ It is narrated from Imam Rida (P. B. U. H.), from his fathers, that the Commander of the Faithful (P. B. U. H.) said:

"One cannot win people's hearts by one's wealth."✨

📝 Wealth and money is not exactly ineffective... You can see some people who use money to gather supporters and friends for themselves... but what is important is that they cannot win their hearts.

📝 Imam [Rida (P. B. U. H.)] continued by saying that he had heard the holy Prophet (P. B. U. H. & H. H.) state that one cannot win people's hearts by wealth and must do so through good manners.
If you behave nicely toward other people, then "behold, he between whom and you was enmity, will be as though he were a sympathetic friend."

When you treat people nicely and kindly and talk to them with wise and kind words, you win their hearts. That is the way of life that Imam Ali (P. B. U. H.) has taught us, quoting it from the holy Prophet (P. B. U. H. & H. H.).

💠 Wisdom from Nahjul Balagha

Praise be to Allah who is well-known without being seen, Who creates without pondering over, Who has ever been existent when there was no sky with domes, nor curtains with lofty doors, nor gloomy night, nor peaceful ocean, nor mountains with broad pathways, nor curved mountain roads, nor earth of spread floors, nor self-reliant creatures. He is the Originator of creation and their Master. He is the God of the creation and its feeder. The sun and the moon are steadily moving in pursuit of His will. They make every fresh thing old and every distant thing near.

الْحَمْدُ للهِ الْمَعْرُوفِ مِنْ غَيْرِ رُؤْيَة، الْخَالِقِ مِنْ غَيْرِ رَوِيَّة، الَّذِي لَمْ يَزَلْ قَائِماً دَائِماً; إِذْ لاَ سَمَاءٌ ذَاتُ أَبْرَاج، وَلاَ حُجُبٌ ذَاتُ إِرْتَاج، وَلاَ لَيْلٌ دَاج، وَلاَ بَحْرٌ سَاج، وَلاَ جَبَلٌ ذُوفِجَاج، وَلاَ فَجٌّ ذُواعْوِجَاج، وَلاَ أَرْضٌ ذَاتُ مِهَاد، وَلاَ خَلْقٌ ذُوااعْتِماد: ذلِكَ مُبْتَدِعُ الْخَلْقِ وَوَارِثُهُ، وَإِلهُ الْخَلْقِ وَرَازِقُهُ، وَالشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ دَائِبَانِ فِي مَرْضَاتِهِ: يُبْلِيَانِ كُلَّ جَدِيد، وَيُقَرِّبَانِ كُلَّ بَعِيد.
